About The Curry Culture - Robertson Quay

The second coming of The Curry Culture is upon us, a raj renaissance of spice raining down upon Singapore diners that have the privilege of dining at this renowned Indian restaurant’s Robertson Quay outlet. Building on the success of the first Curry Culture at Cuppage Terrace near Orchard Road, the team behind the enterprise – managers Sandeep Sachar and Jimmy Mathew, chef Ramachandra Patil – have taken another step towards fine South Asian dining nirvana with their new riverfront venue. Balancing traditional Indian cuisine with contemporary culinary developments, The Curry Culture is ambassadorial and exploratory all at once. With menus change throughout the year and a list of signature cocktails including the Mango Maya, Bombay Blue and G.O.A., the youngest addition to The Curry Culture rewards reservation.
