Dear diners, please be aware that the a la carte menu is unavailable on Wednesday evenings.

The Clifford Pier stays true to Singaporean hawker heritage but adds glamour and refinery in a way that is only fitting for the fabulous lobby of Fullerton Bay Hotel on Collyer Quay. Alongside Singapore’s delicacies diners are served reinterpretations of other specialities from across Asia as well as a few Western classics. With dishes like sop kambing a traditional mutton soup infused with local spices, a visit to this this Raffles Place jewel is simply essential. As The Clifford Pier is such a popular spot, we highly recommend booking in advance – particularly in order to beat the crowds and queues on busy weekend evenings.

The Clifford Pier packs beauty and heritage all in one great package. Situated at the historically important Clifford Pier, it now boasts a great mix of modern/vintage in it's design, not to mention the food and atmosphere is great as well. As they truly say, all journeys begin at Clifford Pier!

The decor is so beautiful and thumbs up to Snow, one of the managers there! As it was raining super heavily today, she came all the way with umbrellas and fetch me and my family over to the restaurant. Although I made a reservation for my sister's birthday celebration, i didnt expect them to actually prepare a cake! It was really a surprise, especially for my sister. So, thank you very much for making the fullerton experience a great one. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Thank you!

Manager was very friendly to assist with the surprise birthday cake presentation and coordination of song. However the other line staff appear quite untrained. 1 staff returned me a special birthday signage in the Presence of the birthday celebrant instead of telling me in private , spoiling the 'surprise ' element When we ordered wine by the bottle, the staff did not let us taste the wine first and started pouring into our glasses. Even though the wine turned out fine, they appear untrained for such a luxury hotel restaurant

Great service and great ambience. The only thing if I could pick on was for the soupy food such as Bat Kua Teh, Curry and Kambling soup to be more hot when it was serve. (Comments from our 95 year old granny). Overall, would definitely come back again.

Big group had lunch. Great ambience but think there was a lack of staff. Staff were great though but they seemed overworked. Had the Korean vegetable bowl which was very good. The wagyu rendang was great according to one of my colleagues as was the burger.

I booked the lunch through quandoo but unfortunately i was being being informed the restaurant closed for private event when i arrived. But the staff did a good job by immediate arranging compliment high tea at Landing Point.
