Dear diners, please be aware that the a la carte menu is unavailable on Wednesday evenings.
The Clifford Pier stays true to Singaporean hawker heritage but adds glamour and refinery in a way that is only fitting for the fabulous lobby of Fullerton Bay Hotel on Collyer Quay. Alongside Singapore’s delicacies diners are served reinterpretations of other specialities from across Asia as well as a few Western classics. With dishes like sop kambing a traditional mutton soup infused with local spices, a visit to this this Raffles Place jewel is simply essential. As The Clifford Pier is such a popular spot, we highly recommend booking in advance – particularly in order to beat the crowds and queues on busy weekend evenings.

Lovely place and delicious food. Ambience is nothing like anywhere else in Singapore.
The atmosphere of the place is great. Good for catching up with friends making long talks. Pricing of food is a little steep but the service & atmosphere make up for it.
