The service was excellent. The decoration and ambience was relaxing and comfortable. I do highly recommend the Lobster Roll and the Lunch Special Truffle Chicken with XO Rice.
Excellent service and teh tarik ice cream as usual with the usual singing at 8pm. Always a favourite venue to visit.
The decor is so beautiful and thumbs up to Snow, one of the managers there! As it was raining super heavily today, she came all the way with umbrellas and fetch me and my family over to the restaurant. Although I made a reservation for my sister's birthday celebration, i didnt expect them to actually prepare a cake! It was really a surprise, especially for my sister. So, thank you very much for making the fullerton experience a great one. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Thank you!
Manager was very friendly to assist with the surprise birthday cake presentation and coordination of song. However the other line staff appear quite untrained. 1 staff returned me a special birthday signage in the Presence of the birthday celebrant instead of telling me in private , spoiling the 'surprise ' element When we ordered wine by the bottle, the staff did not let us taste the wine first and started pouring into our glasses. Even though the wine turned out fine, they appear untrained for such a luxury hotel restaurant
Nice ambience. I made the reservation at 8pm and arrived earlier. The staff were nice enough to allow me to enter. However I wanted to use the ocbc buy 2 get 1 main complimentary promotion and was told that a prior reservation needs to be made. Pls take note!
Great service and great ambience. The only thing if I could pick on was for the soupy food such as Bat Kua Teh, Curry and Kambling soup to be more hot when it was serve. (Comments from our 95 year old granny). Overall, would definitely come back again.
The ambience was classy, the tables were nicely spaced apart, the service was great, and the food delicious. Reservations are recommended. Ask to be seated at a table with dining chairs, rather than sofa seats for a more traditional sitting experience (though the sofas do look very comfortable).
I booked the lunch through quandoo but unfortunately i was being being informed the restaurant closed for private event when i arrived. But the staff did a good job by immediate arranging compliment high tea at Landing Point.
