When’s the best time to visit The Brightside you ask? Well, anytime of course. This is the bar to be for any date night, big celebration or after work drinks. Tucked away on Duxton Hill, there’s space for about 40 people inside, and for around 20 outside meaning you can invite all your pals and really get the party going well into the night here. The cocktail list is definitely want you want to be checking out first – that’s just logic right? Try your luck with tipples like the very Mai Tai made with Sailor Jerry spiced rum, white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, orgeat and egg whites, or perhaps the Bali espresso martini made with Balinese coffee, which is honestly a revelation. As for food, well, it wouldn’t be a Singapore spot without some tasty morsels to go alongside now would it? Favourite plates include the beer-battered New Zealand fish and chips, Brightside gourmet burger, chilli crab pasta, bakkwa and pineapple pizza and the delicious moules frites. So, what are you waiting for? Look on the bright side of life and book a table at this truly special bar in Singapore’s Duxton!
