Services staff is a little overwhelmed by crowd but generally polite. Food was good And came fairly quick. Tried the spicy sauce which was not too spicy though.

Convenient if you have a car as it's quite a walking distance from the mrt station. There is a carpark behind the restaurant. Crab and prawns are fresh but clams are not good. Price is considered steep at the restaurant. The big one for 4 pax is $145.

Attentive service, great food, nice ambience and good music. Went for lunch, the spread was surprisingly good with very value for money dishes. Pasta was well done and the chicken wings were great.

Fresh seafood and pleasant ambience. The lobster and prawns were succulent and well prepared. The service is good and considerate, they provided plastic envelope for our phones so as not to get dirty.

it was good! pricey but service was fabulous. staff was all ready to help out with the birthday celebration and to help us out when our hands were dirty. quite a chaotic meal but it's an experience!

Food was good, service was great. The place was quite packed on Friday evening, so making your reservations via Quandoo is highly recommended. Good find!

The food is not bad. Good ambience for friends get-together... the fish & chips is very tasty! We ordered 2 rounds!!!! The service crew are friendly too.

Good service , great place and location for the good food

"The Works" sauce for our Duo Boiler's Bag is too "zi luck" with too much garlic, maybe some lemon would make it more appetising. The Garlic Butter for our Lobster is too bland. Would like to try Tom Yam Sauce in my next visit.

Great food esp the ribs and fish and chips. These are my favourites. Like the prawns too. Garlic rice can be more flavorful. Ambience was lively. Good plc for working adults to chill and relax.

Lively place with groups of people coming and going during our meal. Their signature seafood cooked & presented in a bag was okay. A bit too much garlic for our liking. The waiters efficiently bagged all the detritus left on tables using the disposable table 'cloth', so the next customers got seated speedily. A good place to come for a casual seafood meal with beers.

We had a big group of ten and despite the crowd on a fri night, service was excellent and food was served promptly! Very good experience overall. Other than the seafood bag, we had fish and chips, ribs and wings. Everyone enjoyed the yummy food! Cheers:)

Really satisfied with their service and quality of food. They are friendly and polite. The waiting time is good as I don't have to wait for long. Will definitely visit again!

This place is abit hidden in an industrial area. Having a car would be the best way to get to this place. But many carpark lots around and good place!

Bought dinner for a couple due to their birthday - we were amazed how fast we gorged down the food - either we were too hungry or food was yummy - we concluded it was the latter. Had the bombdiggity bag (yummy), fish n chips, choco lava (can die), seasonal mao shan, mangonada (this am not sure)! Great food, great atmosphere! Thank you!

Good ambience, good food. Just that the waitress (probably new?) did not inform there was a 1 for 1 promo for a pint of beer (I ordered half a pint). Would have been good if she had informed me.

Seafood is super fresh here, and the sauces are so good. Love their house sauce and the butter garlic. It was also a nice surprise that each table is given a basket of fried man tous!

The boss is a nice chap. Excellent food, enjoyable lunch. Definitely will be back again. Heard that some banks' staff enjoy special promotions, do check with them.

Service was excellent . It was a unique dining experience ! Though waited rather long for food to be served but restaurant gave complimentary chips to apologize for the long waiting time . Though it's nothing expensive but it was a gesture that was much appreciated.

This is my third visit to The Boiler. The Bombdiggity Bag is awesome with medium the works sauce. It is my birthday month, I have a free boston lobster with garlic butter sauce. The Dungeness crab is delicious that we ordered 1 more crab with the same sauce. I love the Lychee Beerjito. So refreshing. Overall the staffs are friendly and attentive. My family had a wonderful dinner at The Boiler.

Had the birthday lobster promotion. The bag of seafood with clams, mussels, corn, sausage, crab was great. We loved both the garlic butter sauce as well as The Works mild.

Great place for celebrating someone birthday as the birthday promotion is really good. Food and services are great and for who likes to drink there is a one for one beer promo.

Noisy, frustrating service by after-school students (? i think? they appeared quite clueless and had little initiative to do much), food was okay but most dishes were fried so not somewhere i would go repeatedly which is sad as i was definitely looking for somewhere to take my staff for a regular/weekly company lunch.

Ordered the boiler bombdiggity bag and the seafood was really fresh and nice. Good to visit with the birthday month that comes with free lobster and lobster was fresh and good!!!

This was my second visit to Boiler. The seafood was still very fresh especially prawns. However, I hope to see more variety in seafood and more options of sauce.

The food is fantastic. Portion is decent. The only bad note was that we had to wait more than half an hr despite the fact that we made a reservation on Quandoo.

Ordered the bag for 4 and also added 2 lobsters and beer towers! Seafood was really fresh and service was rather quick considering how packed the place was

It's a great place for seafood . The idea of peeling seafood with your bare hands with no regards for the messiness make this a very fun experience for dining with your loved ones .

Yummy seafood, value for money. Good environment and no issue with park/crowd. Do make reservation prior as the restaurant are often fully book on weekends.
