Very poor experience. Service was slow and unprofessional, and despite the restaurant being less than half-full when we arrived, the food took an inordinate amount of time. I had to chase of one of sushi orders, which took 30 minutes. No apology or compensation when I complained. I asked them to take it off the bill as when it finally arrived I didn't really want it anymore and only ate a few pieces. Staff were rude and argumentative. Food was OK but there are much better sushi places in the area.

Very good staff service and the food came promptly. Most importantly, the food was so gooooood! The 1 for 1 oyster was very worth it too, so fresh!

They served our group of 4 with complimentary salmon sashimi (3 slices per pax) as we were one of the first 20 customers of the day. Together with the $1 oysters and value lunch sets, it totally made our day! Saba fish bento set was only promo for $10 including miso soup and chawanmushi, but the saba wasn't good. Everything else was great though.

The oysters are good. Do order them if you are there. The cold thin noodle too but they did not have a combi with tempura.

Oysters aren't the freshest. Big n fat kind not the thin kind. Can't eat too many without feeling sick. But can't complain since it's $1. Other food is expensive.

Good food. Good service. Spent Mothers day there with family. Price was right. Would come here again with family or business associates as the Japanese sushi was awesome. So we're the Oysters!

The food is ridiculously fresh, which explains for the high price. The $1 oyster is a must buy dish for it's quality and price. Service can be improved when I am making an order.

There was no crowd during lunchtime. I ordered oysters and a pitan maki. Oysters were fresh and lovely. Pitan maki's century egg sauce is nice but I feel it kind of covers the taste of the salmon and swordfish. Then again it is a matter of personal perference. Still, it is a pretty unique maki to try.

The food is great and the ambience pleasant. There is a wide variety of choices for both the teppanyaki and the sushi which will satisfy both young and old.

nice food. good environment. reasonable priced. $1 per Oyster piece promotion is just great. Order half a dozen and ended ordering another half dozen more. Link Hotel Carpark is difficult to locate. Car Park entrance is in small road from Cap Inn (Zion Road towards Tiong Bahru )

Fast and unassuming service. However service staff appeared to be more... relaxed? Lounging around or sitting having conversation amongst themselves. Well portioned food. Had their lunch sets so really nothing to complain for quality of food and service for the price paid. Well done.

The staffs are not friendly and the restaurant only opens at 12pm, does not allow the customer to go in to wait for 10 mins before opening. It is also a noisy place to discuss and dine at the same time.

Sushi was really good. We had the uni, salmon aburi, hotate sushi, and the shiok maki. The shiok maki was slightly too wet, but the others were really good. White fish carpaccio with truffle sauce was a very interesting and daring fusion dish. And of course, the $1.50 oysters were very fresh, and goes well with lemon juice and the sauce on top. We don't even need the tabasco. Service was good - my tea cup was never empty because the wait staff was very conscientious in refilling it. Price-wise, let's just say you cannot come to Teru expecting sushi chain prices.

I called to reconfirm reservation and was told that oyster was not available but half an hour later, someone called me again to say that it has arrived hence that was excellent follow up service. Service at the restaurant was fast and quality of food was good but though we state that we were celebrating an occasion, there was no mentioned of that when we were there. I am not expecting any freebies or fuss but a simple wish would be nice. It is all about experience...

We tried the tofu, cha soba and shiok maki. The food was really good despite it being on the pricey side. Nice cosy ambience and this makes sense because there was a Japanese bar attached to the diner

It was a really good shiok Maki. Looking forward to try other meals definitely. The price is on the expensive side though. But other than that, everything was good.
