Teppan Bar Q Singapore is one of our favourite Japanese restaurants around Robertson Quay. On Unity Street, it’s a teppanyaki experience we can’t get enough of because the freshly made food is divine and the atmosphere is always just right. From the menu, you can expect fresh meat, seafood and veggies, cooked live right in front of you by chefs who know the Japanese kitchen like the backs of their hands. Dishes look and taste refined – they’re very Instagramable indeed – and go down perfectly with the range of quality Japanese wines and spirits available as well. Teppan Bar Q Singapore is immensely popular so advanced reservations are essential.

Teppan Bar Q Singapore is an infectious dining experience. Take your seat in front of the counter and sit shoulder to shoulder with your fellow diners – don’t worry, this adds to the Teppan Bar Q charm – and watch as the chefs perform. There’ll be chopping and flipping and shaking and sprinkling as they prepare some of the freshest, most authentic Japanese fare we know of in Robertson Quay. Take in the aromas, appreciate the colours and enjoy Japanese teppanyaki at its best.
Teppan Bar Q Singapore is open for dinner and drinks and is ideal for casual occasions. We recommend starting with a few little things to nibble on – try the signature Teppan potato salad or the roasted hakata mentai – before moving on to sample some seafood or premium meat. The duck with spring onion is a very popular dish and the Angus steak defines indulgence, both of which go well with Teppan Bar Q’s signature garlic rice. It’s likely you’ll want to try a bit of everything though, meaning Teppan tapas is a very wise idea. As is arriving on Unity Street in Robertson Quay armed with an advanced reservation, for that matter.
