Nice and cost restaurant. Interesting to see a Japanese restaurant in the middle of a condo. Limited choice of food but still pleasantly surprised as a concept. Too bad that the condo is going enbloc soon.

Located in a condominium, not convenient if without a car. Prices might be higher than Sakae for some items. Small place, limited choice of foods.

Read a lot comment about this restaurant so give a try food is good try those recommend by chef no disappointed about it will come again

Food a little pricey but No service charge and gst. Taste wise is ok. Restaurant is in a condo grounds. Quiet and cosy environment. Will go again.

Abit over priced and the dishes we ordered were not fantastic. Chicken korrage was super salty, salmon skin was charred burnt. Supposed to give my hubby a birthday meal, disappointing.

Cosy and homely restaurant with excellent authentic Japanese food. Price was reasonable and does not have service change and GST. Service staff were friendly and attentive. The staff anticipated and served room temperature water to my daughter without us having to ask for it alongside with the green tea when we were seated. We have had an enjoyable dining experience here.

Location is good for some peace and quiet but no public transport so have to bike there from the train station if you dont have your own vehicle. Food price was abit steep compared to the quality.

The food is very nice. The sushi is hand-made. The place is deco as very simple but very comfortable. The price is reasonable. Good experiences.

Tenryu Japanese Dining is a special Japanese restaurant that doesn't operate within your typical shopping mall but within a peaceful and green condo called Dairy Farm Estate. However, searching n entering the estate is an issue.

Food quality and taste is great. Pricing wise not so friendly. I find the food is over-priced, I rather go Sushi Tei for the price I paid.

I luv the cosy setting, the warm smile n greetings by the staff. Service was very good. Food was to our expectations too. Very good.

The restaurant is a little difficult to find with the lack of signage since it is housed within a private estate. It's an interesting experience and does make me feel somewhat in Japan. Food is average based on the few items I have tried (Chicken Karage, Saba fish and the Tenryu Maki) Service is good and prompt. Will come again to try other dishes

The price without service charges and gst is great. Food is good. Just that some hidden dishes are not updated on the menu so selected a wrong dish.

A cosy place tucked in a corner. The food is good and the people nice and friendly. Very relaxed dining environment. There's no service charge, do leave a tip for the service. Enjoy.

Food quality was good, ordered sashimi & chirashi don, fish was fresh & each slice was thicker than those served in other average Japanese restaurants. Will definitely patronize again.

Highly recommend this place for Japanese food. Cosy place and food is fresh and yummy! Our group of 6 tried the Salmon sashimi, chirashi don, all salmon bento...and all gave the food a big thumbs up!

The food and service restaurant is good. The downside was that the security guard was unfriendly. I drove through the first gate the last 3 visits but I was told to enter via the further gate during the most recent visit. The unfriendly security guard would have turned me away if I had not had fantastic food the last visits.

i feel the food overpriced. a bento at $25 elsewhere would have had more variety. quality is so so. seating is also a little cramped.

Service team was not bad, time taken for food to be served was relatively fast. Food was definitely overrated and too pricey as well. Would recommend to try; won't return.

Tried their salmon mentaiko don which was just average. I would recommend the tenryu maki it was good! Rather hard to find and inconvenient though.
