disappointed as I booked months in advance but was not given a counter seat. food was good but being put in the private room the service wasn't up to standard.
chirashi is off the menu at a whopping $180+++ per bowl excl tax and service , although it has some sliver of fresh sashimi, it just doesn't justify the exorbitant high price . Wasn't impress with the McCormick bottle at the counter , would expect some better quality. Maybe this place caters more for deeper pockets. Service is good and attentive but with local canton flavor since most of the chefs are non japanese.
Fresh and good omakase. A treat for a special occasion
Food was good but not overwhelmingly tasty. Told server at the door that it’s my husband’s birthday but no special gestures talked about by others. For the price of aburi set, I’ve tasted way better Omakase. $320 for 2 pax cos I added wagyu sushi which was $25/pc no less. Certainly not a place for birthday celebrations given the busy lunch hour or a fine experience.
Food was top notch amd the service was personable and excellent
It was a great dining experience with attentive wait staff and a chirpy chef. We had a truly wonderful time dining at Tatsuya.
Server was able to give good recommendation on the food. Excellent service and food.
We had a great experience dinning in Tatsuya. Quality of food was good. I would consider the price a little steep but the overall experience was great. Chef Sasaki make great interaction with us and the wait staff - Liza and Shirley were very attentive.
Superb service and great food as always. Great value for money for the bento. The sea bream with green pea is good but very small for the price paid.
Amazing food and service! Fresh fish and lovely people, we will be back soo
