Takeshi Noodle Bar in Singapore is a modern Japanese restaurant on Teck Lim Road that boasts both atmosphere and flavour. This Keong Saik spot has ambience aplenty, with contemporary design and chic decor setting the scene for a swish lunch or dinner out in downtown Singapore. The speciality at Takeshi Noodle Bar is ramen and guests can expect bowls full of quality noodles that are pushing the barrier of this Japanese favourite. Their tonkotsu broths are truly unique, incorporating Parma ham from Italy and Iberico pork from Spain. Teamed with some signature house noodles and premium fresh ingredients, the flavours here are bold and delicious. A handful of sides are also available, as is a fun drinks lists of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. A hot new favourite in the area, advance bookings are highly recommended.

At the time of our visit, my family of 3 people were the only diners. It could have been due to the social distancing measures implemented to slow down the rate to transmission of Covid-19. We liked the ramen and pasta dishes we ordered and would definitely return to try other dishes from the menu.
Ramens were great. The dried version was more unique but the soup broth was amazing too!
Love the attentiveness of the service staff and the relaxed atmosphere with tasteful decor. It's small but cosy and a place where you can actually hold a proper conversation without crowd noise. Food was nice with a strong truffle scent, mentaiko linguine can get heavy after a while, but still nice!
