Waiter need to be reminded for our order at least twice & service is a bit slow. But they did a good job to surprise my friend for her birthday w birthday song from the staff.

Reasonable lunch sets but very poor service. Many staff but all of them were inattentive and appeared much more interested in talking with one another!

The only bbq i will go back over and over again! The beef is the best that i've tried so far! Nice ambience with very attentive staff!

Food was really good, especially the beef, pork and sashimi. The variety is quite huge for the buffet. Service was print too, will definitely go back again!

Had the eat all u can buffet. The quality of food was nice for the price paid. Food was grilled over charcoal and taste better than those grilled over electric hot plate. However, the staff refilled too many pieces of charcoal and the heat was too strong. I think they can do a better job without the customer commenting that there's too many charcoal. Pace of service was average. They seemed a little under staffed. We didn't end up smelling like bbq when we walked out of the restaurant. Overall a pleasant experience!

Food was great but service was however disappointing. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our meat to be served and had to remind 3-4 different waiters on the pending order.

The lady manager was most helpful although I do hope the servers will gain better experience and pick up speed and better communication skills with customers. Thank you for a wonderful time and I look forward to dining here again.

good food. buffet was value for money as it includes wagyu beef and sashimi items. portion given was also substantial. server changed the rack after it was charred from repeated grilling upon request

We opted for the buffet at $49.90 ++ per adult and really liked the wagyu and the pork. I think the loin and shoulder cuts typically are more meaty but have less flavour, the fatty cuts cooks brillantly.

Prompt and good service. Food was great and fresh. Very clean place. Space big enough unlike many buffet places that is very cramp. Will recommend this place

Good quality food and ambience, the service was a bit slow though, as it's almost a full house on Friday evening. The charcoal flame was a bit small and need to add charcoal from time to time. Overall good, will visit again.

Very fresh wagyu and Angus beef! We had a wonderful time cooking the tender beef pieces..it will be good if restaurant can provide more options of sauces.

Service was slow and bad. We had the wagyu buffet and 5 of us only had one pathetic grill which was so slow and yet had to be reminded of the 100 min limitation. It was so hard to get the waiters attention and our orders were always forgotten. Sashimi took half an hour! Drinks were not refilled and we had to keep asking them and reminding them. Worst was our orders were always forgotten!

The food is great.. Service is not bad.. Staffers are friendly and fast.. Although the outlet was not full house and they forgot 1 order but maybe because we chose to be seated at the corner and they might have forgotten about us when i told my friend jokingly.. Hahaha.. In the end, we managed to get that order back again.. I'm a service person so i understand, no issue on that.. Overall, I will come back again when I have the chance.. Cheers..

The ‘tiger prawn’ was not fresh at all. And the services are quite bad. One Indian staff was speaking while chewing something. One is enough

Took quite a long time for the meat to cook due to charcoal. Only managed to order 3x for buffet. Food portion was weird and 1 of the time our wagyu beef was cut in really small chunks..

Had buffet there and love the wagyu and sashimi! Their wagyu is so tender that melt in your mouth and sashimi is very very fresh! Love it and value for money!

We visited the restaurant on 22 July, and we place some order for the food.We order some food a plate of tiger prawn (Maybe 4-5 Pcs) was serve, after we finish, we made a second order again,But to our surprise, the second serve for the Tiger Prawn was a bout 10 pcs of it ,Ending we had to force ourselves to finish it. And friendly speaking I am feel little disappointed is that we have to paid extra for the Green tea and the plane water. I think I Will not going to visit the restaurant anymore. Anyway the staff there are very friendly, the service was good.

I loved the spread especially the prawns! It was so fresh! And the salmon belly was definitely a winner. Will definitely be back for a yakiniku treat again!

Food was ok not as good as my first time. Sirloin was tough but sashimi was great. Service was ok could have been better. Not very attentive.

The only two choices of soft drinks were sprite and coke. The sprite had a terrible taste to it. The meat was of poor quality. You have an 100 minute time limit with the buffet option and the service was awfully slow. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else

The food was really up to par with well seasoned meats and extremely fresh sides. The floor staff were really friendly and I appreciate that they watch out for their diners but yet they're not too intrusive.

Desent food but service need to be improved. If you just come for quality then I highly recommended this restruant especially their tiger prawn fresh and huge.

Good service , food was fresh and worth the money. Suggest Aircon temperature to be turn on higher due to heat emotting out from charcoal pot.

Love the beef. Worth a try if you like Japanese BBQ. The staff are also very friendly and very considerate as I am with a friend in wheelchair.

Excellent Food. The experience will be better if you ensure that the serving crew serve the food in sequence instead of serving whenever they like it.

For foods if can add more choice of raw vegetables and cooked foods are perfect but the BBQ a bit slow & servicing of foods are slow.

Food quality had gone down .. limited time 100 mins and serving is slow.. change charcoal also take 20 to 30 mins. How to eat in time to the fullest ?
