We just can’t get enough sushi and we would genuinely eat it every day if we could, so spots like Sushi Mieda on Singapore’s Collyer Quay make our hearts sing with pure joy. This Japanese restaurant in Raffles Place is open for lunch and dinner every week, Monday through to Saturday. Fill up on delectable dishes such as sashimi, nigiri, deep fried prawn cakes, and miso soup or order a round of every kind of norimaki on the menu to generously feed yourself and a group. With excellent set menu options and a whole menu dedicated to sake alone, you’ll certainly feel right at home at Sushi Mieda!
good food good service but food very expensive..pls keep the good standard. Also pls open sunday for diner. Surprised no sunday operation for family dinning.
Chef Ohno is skilled and the rice taste suits me to a t. Just the right amount of vinegar and the right temperature. Fish used is of premium quality and tastes fresh off the plane from tsukiji. Staff attentive and have great recommendations for sake.
The chef is super funny and attentive. Had a great time here. The sushi they offer are not those you can see in regular sushi chain in singapore. They bring in lots of tasty and sushi with different variety! Most importantly, they use red vinegar rice ! More flavourful and delicious
good service, good atmosphere, but difficult to find the place for first timer visiting the restaurant. keep it up! offered more rebate for member. good
Nice ambience. Chose the table seat instead of counter seat and enjoy the wonderful view frm the revolving tower. Very attentive services from staff and good food.
Chef was excellent. Foods very fresh and authentic. Not the common sashimi or sushi u get in normal restaurants. It was a very good experience.
If you have serious motion sickness or want a full meal, this place is not suitable. It basically pay a high price for it one time experience.
