Variety limited but the soup was good. Service was prompt as there wasn't many people. Overall Value for money. Well worth a visit especially on weekday lunch.

I was once a regular customer, but was totally disappointed when I went down to Lot one outlet. There aren't much variety for me to choose and the service was bad.I sincerely hope you all can do something about it.

The atmosphere was great. Variety of food is limited. Manager Eric was very friendly. Waiters service was superb. Will look forward to come again soon.

Food is average. Restricted time for dining. 80 minutes for weekend dinner. However it is sufficient. Limited selection of food for buffet. Fruits are not cut. They serve the whole apple, pear in a basket. For desserts, they only had ice cream in cups. Could have been better.

Good service. Arrive earlier but was given a seat. Enjoy the food but hope more meat can be served at one go as I'm meat lover.

A welcome and nice steamboat buffet, bringing a new buzz in the neighborhood. Was given a nice corner seat after hearing that we had made a reservation.

Place was crampy. Put 6 of us in between 2 tables, where the side flip does not allow one to go into the seat. Food gets replenished fast, except for the jelly which they rarely replenish.

Great food at great price - restaurant manager is firm but considerate and has service under control. Space little tight packing in more customers. Wagyu beef was slower to arrive.

Good service... Waiters was very prompt and polite. Ambient was quiet, suitable for chit chatting. Food variety is limited, but of good quality and fresh.

Attentive staff, clears plate promptly although they don't smile much. Place was clean. Chef was topping up the items timely, good experience. Will go back.

Quick and efficient service but limited selection of food available, though the star of these are the meats. The chicken cheese balls were Super FANTASTIC!

We reached the restaurant on time. And was told by the restaurant manager that weekend not able to accommodate according to reservation and need to wait. What is this all about when is made available to book on line? I find this is ridiculous. After we confronted a few times that she manage to led us in. Apparently there' many Available seats around. What is this all about ?!

Manger was Kind, Friendly even thought we're late for our reservesation time. He served us nicely. The waiter there are kind, didn't gave us black face even thought we're a bunch of demanding people, they still serves us well!!

AT 11.30am, the restaurant was not crowded. This place is for meat lover as you can have lots of beef, chicken and pork. The buffet counter is small and filled with lots of frozen stuff like cheese balls, fish balls, mushroom balls, etc. It has free flow of drinks too.

Good service from the staff. The stock took 10mins to boil though, eating up into the precious 60mins (used to be 90 mins) buffet time limit!

A good value for money buffet with Groupon promo & it comes with free flow of soft drinks and ice cream dessert. There is a time limit of 100 mins for dinner, though. I enjoyed both the food and dining experience. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They displayed a great deal of initiative to remove our empty plates/trays. The coconut ice cream is a nice surprise. Could improve on the spicy peanut sauce as it was a little watery.

The selection of food is very little. The soup there is either very diluted or very salty. Also almost all the food on the counter are processed food. Not worth the money.

Service was not fantastic .. we waited for sometime before someone attended to us. They should have more manpower during peak hours. In addition, they do not provide udon anymore..

Very crowded. Went at 2pm at BT panjang. Luckily we had reservation and didn't had to wait. Not small bowls for sauces. Had to wait for about 15 min. Selection of meat is limited. Chicken was not available. Staff were competent.

My 2nd time at Suki-ya BPP. Location is great, only walking distance from my home. Service crew is nice, ice cream was fantastic though variety of vegetables were a little insufficient.

Love the sauce and selections of food. Will surely go again another time. However, the meat slices can be thinner...it's too thick to eat for shabu shabu...

We went to the restaurant 10 minutes ahead of our booking time but was being ushered to our seats immediately. There was a note on the table with my name and booking number, feels like a VIP when I walked in because there was a long queue outside the restaurant, waiting to be served. The restaurant staffs were friendly and explained to us they would replenish our quantity after we finished our first order. A great place for meat eater who love Shabu Shabu. Variety of food is not very fantastic but it’s really value for money. The meat was slice to the right thickness and size was big.

Soup and sauce were a little to sweet but the meat was not too shabby! Variety of veggies was not large per se. Nonetheless, they were pretty fresh! 😃

Meats are good. But for the wagyu beef, unable to just pay for 1 person. So if u are going with a group of friends or your couple, if one of them does not take beef, you will not be able to enjoy wagyu, because the additional price must be added to everyone's bill. Choice of veg and condiments very limited.

The restaurant's food is quite ok. However, the service is not really good. The meat is limited and it has to order several time. The time is so short only 80 minutes but you only have 50 minutes to order meats. After that, you cannot order meats anymore or you have to pay more money for it.

This sukiya is smaller than i thought. The restaurant was empty however we were still limited to 80 minutes which is weird. Other sukiya restaurants do not have such a limit when the restaurant is empty.
