All of StopOver Pasta’s wholesome fresh egg pasta and gorgeous artisanal sauces are made in-house, every morning, and the range of offerings is broad – from velvety tagliatelle swimming in a rich Italian ragù to short fusilli spirals brushed simply with garlic and quality olive oil, and as if you weren’t already convinced by the food alone, StopOver Pasta are also environmentally responsible and sustainable, using no plastic packaging (takeaway boxes are sugarcane fibres and recycled paper) and sourcing herbs and vegetables from local organic farms to reduce their carbon footprint. This is absolute guilt-free, feel-good eating in every way – just bear in mind that bookings are strongly advised at all times!
Pasta is cooked individually upon ordering and ingredients are really fresh! Can tell that the sauce is homemade and not simply poured out from a jar. Owner happened to be there on the day I visited and he was telling me about how his packaging is all made from recyclable coconut fibre which is amazing. Bonus: prices are super reasonable given that it's in the CBD :p
