You’ll find Singapore’s first Plénitude Suite at Stellar at 1-Altitude, in partnership with Dom Pérignon. There, Chef Christopher Millar orchestrates a harmonious union of the best seasonal ingredients emboldened with progressive culinary techniques. This secret dining space offers one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience only at Stellar at 1-Altitude. What’s more, few spots in Singapore offer breathtaking skyline views like Stellar at 1-Altitude does, so if you’ve got a client or a date to impress, you’ll want to take him or her to this Raffles Place gem. From the 62nd storey of One Raffles Place Shopping Mall, executive chef Christopher Millar presents his modern take on Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients that introduce pure flavours and textures in every dish. Begin with a round of Stellar at 1-Altitude’s charcoal bread, so unassumingly soft and addictive it can be hard to put down. For starters, we recommend the daily live oysters or a charcuterie platter for two – the latter of which features Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva as well as a special foie gras parfait created by Chris himself.
Moving onto mains, take your pick from one of the high-quality wagyu cuts, grilled in a wood-fired Josper oven which preserves their tenderness. Last but not least, you’ll find the sweet finale you’ve been waiting for in Stellar at 1-Altitude’s desserts, whether it’s in the form of an indulgent valrhona cremeux or a peach and lychee sorbet that’s easy on the palate. Together with the finest hospitality from the crew, contemporary Australian dining in the heart of Singapore’s CBD hardly gets better than at Stellar at 1-Altitude. Just remember to book ahead at this Raffles Place restaurant to make sure you get a table.
Stellar Restaurant has beautiful view of Marina Bay. Service crew were wonderful and great. Food garnishing were nice, however, ingredient quality could have been better.
The view is sensational and the service is elegant and prompt. The food was nicely arranged and tasted very nice. The ambiance was great. Thanks
Service staff were pleasant and obliging, and food was decent. We did enjoy the service, the views and would definitely return for another set lunch.
Had the salad for main course and it was really bad. However, the appetizer and the dessert was okay. Ambience was decent. Might come back here again to try a different main course.
Fantastic view. Food quality is okay, but definitely a disappointment at this price. Sous Vide beef needs to be more tender, and better browned for maillard reaction.
This is my first time to Stellar restaurant. service and food was so so but nice view . Will not go back again.not worth the money
Overall good but very fishy. No meat options. Views fantastic and service fabulous. Food art instead of quality. Great wine pairings, desert heaven on plate.
nice ambience, friendly and experience staffs.. accommodate to suit our request.
Totally not what I expected. I always thought Singapore clubs were pretty decent but definitely not this one. Generally live gigs are also good but this one.
