About Steam & Grill

We know, we know. Singapore isn’t short of restaurants to chow down on some seafood, but Steam & Grill in Ang Mo Kio is a brand new concept kitchen that’s more than dedicated to bringing you the best seafood that you’ll find on the island. Fortunately for all, Steam & Grill can walk the walk as well as talk the talk, meaning every pot at this rather stylish restaurant will have you crying (and possibly even swimming) out for more. No need to check if you read that right because yes, we did say pot – the foundation of Steam & Grill’s new concept dining approach and what your seafood will be served in. You can expect lobster, crab, clams, prawns, squid, and plenty of fish, all together in one mighty tasty pot and accompanied with some Steam & Grill homemade sauces. Reserve a table and head to Ang Mo Kio Avenue now!

The base of the soup is delicious. The add on items for the meats abit expensive. The place is at the coffeeshop so the area that I am sitting is very hot. The fan does not blow to us and my area near to hand wash area so some people wash hands the water will get into our back. My husband say it is not worth the money. But I think still ok. But will not go back again. N the combo 3 that we order like got missing item.

Awesome fresh seafood but price is a little too expensive~ Will only revisit again if they do a promotion~ Can be a little noisy because it's at a coffeeshop~

The person said they did not receive any news about my booking when I reached there. The crab was not fresh. But the people are really friendly and nice!

The soup is good. But, It took more than 30 mins for the pot to boil. I would suggest having a portable electronic insulator to keep customers from starving. The seafood and menu is alright, not very surprising.

Food is quite nice and relatively affordable. There is ample space for big gathering too, including parking, as it's within an industrial building. However, ventilation is not fantastic as it's housed within a coffeeshop setting.

Didn't get to eat as we ordered 2 pots of combo 1 (Middle) for 8 adult + 2 child, after waited for 30mins, no order was serves and when approached them the person asked if we ordered combo 2. told them again we ordered 2 pots of combo 1 as some of us don't eat beef as we intend to add on side order of meat then they replied they do not have enough soup for 2 pots but can only serves 1 pot of combo 2 (Big).

The concept is,there but they missed the important part of steaming. Fresh ingredients. Most of the raw ingredients are frozen. Clam too. That where the, sweetness and freshness are lost
