Really value for money for the price i paid. Set value starting from 9.90. Food is good and quantity is definitely enough to keep u filling.

Made reservations, but still had to wait for table. Saw another group with similar problem. After some pressure from customer, seat was available. Food was quite good, but service is a be slow. Had promo on-going so was quite cheap. Will come back.

Food was average. Service was also average. Chicken Soup was good. Not a very good place to bring toddlers below age of 5 as they are really cramped.

The soups bases were pretty tasty, food is fresh, and service staff was helpful. Only downside is that meat portions are a bit small even though it was on half price. Every $38 spent accumulates you 1 stamp, which you can redeem on stuff toy plushies the restaurant has. The overall experience was pleasant and I will visit again.

The service staff at Orchard Central is pleasant, smiley and polite. Food is reasonably priced and also the soup base for the steamboat is unique.

The service of staff here is very fast and friendly. Portion of food served is decent and love the chicken soup served as the soup base.

The tomato and mushroom soups are good. there was a queue but staff were ever polite and went around their tasks with smiles.. Yes we will be back!

The service was slightly slow as their manpower seemed insufficient. I and my dinning partner have to wait for quite long to even enter the restaurant.

service was quite slow (the button on the table seems ineffective). chicken soup base was bland while mala soup had too many peppercorns and was oily. However, price is quite reasonable.

Was there at 8 pm Friday night totally full waited one hour but it's worth the wait just went to shop around first. Foods are cheap and really value for money. Will definitely visit again.

The soup base was good esp the ravishing tomato; variety was also not bad. However staff service can be a tad slow when restaurant gets busy.

Very good service even though the restaurant was full. Service crew were efficient and quick to attend to our needs. Especially when we had some trouble cooking some dishes and their fresh handmade noodles. Fresh ingredients, a variety of condiments and fragrant soup base that was not too salty too. thumbs up!

Good service and food are great. Though they might need more staff during peak hours. And maybe have bigger tables as it's a bit cramp, especially during peak hours.
