Great service, helpful and friendly. Waiting time was very short as table is already prepared.
Fresh food. Price reasonable. Service crew was helpful and very friendly. Value for money. Will go back again. (Really like their tomato soup)
Food is amazing as well. The service is great too and it’s more affordable than hdl/ biap :)
Fresh foods and Good service! Will go back again!! :)
Service crew was helpful and friendly. Overall ambience was great.
Good Ambience and a Clean environment. Food was fresh, even children enjoyed!
used to eat in haidilao, now find this shop is good too!
Repeat visit and the service staff was attentive and flavour of the hotpot soups were good. Would recommend it to anyone who like hotpot dining.
service was acceptable, soup was great. food wise acceptable. the meat came frozen.
Food was good but service wasn’t the best, but still worth a visit
food was really yummy with wide variety of food choices
The service of the restaurant is very good. The crew is very attentive & the food was serve promptly after we placed our order.
Friendly service as always. Delicious food. One of my favourite hotpot chains.
The food is good, the service isn’t bad but the price of good can be on the high side.
The food is nice and service is good. Worth to try
Good attentive service and food. Sweet melon for dessert. Aircon was leaking abit.

Great and efficient. Staff are professional and promptly cleared the tables.
Very good service ! Excellent! Will come back again! 😀
Good quality, much better value than competitors (read: HDL). K
Price is steeper than i expected. but it was still good.
I needed to organize a birthday party and the staff went above and beyond to help me make this occasion special. We had a private room, birthday decorations, they helped us with surprise birthday cake entrance after we finished eating. And all of this for 220 dollars (8 adults eating full).
Love their tomato soup. Price lower than HDL. Recommended place to go for steamboat
Very friendly restaurant and the staff are very attentive in serving us. Impressive! Will come back again.
Very nice environment, good food & service from the friendly staffs
Good food, good service, reasonably priced. One suggestion, to include price of soup base.
Great overall! Love the soup and atmosphere of the place
The food is nice. We are allowed to order half portion and thus able to taste different kind of foods.
great service and food! I love their shrimp paste delicious!
Food and service were average, pales in comparison to Hai Di Lao. Pricing is also similar to Hai Di Lai.
Very good for group gatherings coz you can have varieties! It’s even open on CNY
Good service with welcoming staff and the food is good
The atmosphere, service and food were all excellent. Though the regular seats at the windows can get uncomfortable after sitting for a long while as the seat backing space is a little short.
Nice foods, like the tomato broth a lot Overall great dining experience
This is my second visit. Prices are more reasonable as compared to some other hotpot restaurants. Service is good. Will visit again in future!
Great hotpot, wasn’t too crowded on a Sunday evening. Soup is great and the ingredients are affordable.
nice food and good service will go agian to there
Will always come back for gatherings. Cheaper alternative to HDL.
I am probably the worst Chinese person ever, with Chinese Restaurant cuisine ranking pretty low in my books. However, I make exceptions for 2 things: Hawker food & hotpot. You can choose from 3 soup bases - we did tomato & chicken (split down the middle of the pot), & spicy mala (a smaller pot in the center). Being a non-spicy lover, mala wasn't my favourite but I did dip some beef slices in it - the mala really packs a punch & so I appreciated it being there. Surprisingly, I preferred the tomato soup over the chicken for its rich flavours. The chicken soup was lighter on the palette, also enjoyable - so I feel this was a good trio to select. Having dined in a sizeable group of 8, I was able to try a variety of different options. Obviously not going to review all of them one by one, but overall this experience didn't disappoint. Pretty spoiled for choice with such a wide selection of ingredients to choose from. From the meats to the vegetables, mushrooms & tofu - ingredients are fresh & good. It's actually difficult for me to pick a favourite 😂 Service is fast & attentive, & I would love to return. Sauces are self-service from a little counter - I helped myself to heaps of garlic. Drinks are $2 freeflow, but on hindsight I would've skipped this as being surrounded by amazing flavours throughout my meal, I ended up drinking mostly water as is my usual habit. Prices were surprisingly reasonable - ended up paying <$40 per pax & walked out stuffed to the brim. 💳 Accepts credit cards 🌬 Air-conditioned seats only 🖥 Accepts reservations - I used Quandoo via ShopBack 📶 Free WiFi available
