Great variety and atmosphere of food! Absolute value for money
Good food, many varieties! Went on our 2018 valentines day.. Although there were many people, seats were allocated quickly.. Sea & blue prepared valentines day complimentary dessert too.. Thanks
very nice and the sushi spread is really a lot
The place was nice and cosy. The waitresses were very helpful and attentive. Thumbs up. As for the food station staff, it will be nice if they could smile more. The only big smile I received only came from the dessert station staff other than the waitresses. As for the food and price, quite reasonable. The seafood was fresh and there were a wide selection of cooked food to choose from. Will visit the restaurant again.
Wonderful selection of fresh seafood such as oysters, scallops, mussels, prawns and crab as well as sashimi. There is a counter for sushi, another one for Korean BBQ and streetfood, as well as bibimbap, army stew and Korean pancake. Another area has hot selections such as chili crab, fried rice, steamed fish, roast chicken etc. If one likes fried food, there is a counter where you can find fried calamari, gyoza, chicken wings etc. Desserts are plentiful with Korean bingsu, freshly made waffles and various kinds of cakes. And there are fresh fruits too. I would definitely go again!
I am satisfied with the overall food & quality at Sea & Blue. Oyster, salmon is very fresh, and there was quite a variety. Fried dishes, sushi & Dessert is good too. The bad side is soup only one type n too starchy, spaghetti so so, korean dishes will be great of its hot! Overall recommend a try !
Casual dining, good ambience. Spacious, excellent for family with young children. Good selection of seafood ... oysters, prawns, sashimi and sushi are very fresh. Recommend to try the sushi, sashimi, roast, Korean street food, pizza, rice cake and bingsu. The service staff are friendly and attentive, those serving at the counter are polite and pleasant. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and the beer. We recommend the restaurant and not forgetting the beautiful aquarium with lots of nemos and colourful corals, all not to be missed.
decent variety of food. Howeever, one section the one i want the beef bulgogi there that station , i asked the chef are they going to top up but was rejected . They say whatever there is there. I was taken aback as i though being buffet, you shd top up and it was still in the peak dinner hours (7plus pm dinner) However, i must say the other food is delicious especially the desserts corner. wide variety and the desserts are nt those you can commonly find in the normalised buffet restauratns in sg. for desserts, i give a 9 out of 10! Clearing of plates however took some time though there were staff around but not clearing it. Servers especially the aunties are quite chatty.
Service was excellent - staff was mannerly, attentive but not pushy. Food variety was good with many stations to choose from and replenish was timely. Food quality was average (I.e Most of the seafood and sushi/sashimi still tasted a little frozen. And a lot of the cooked food was dry and over-done) Restaurant ambiance is brightly lit and clean - good for casual dining, but not romantic dates. Got an awesome 1 for 1 deal on quandoo, so excellent value. At regular price, I think it is fair.
the spread was good. some options I gave it a miss. the oysters were only shucked to order so that took awhile. the sushi and sashimi was excellent. korean bingsu was yummy. dessert variety wasnt much. chilli crab was nyeh, give that a miss. the baked scallops were tender and super. they dont stinge on the ingredients. the seafood porridge and pasta had plenty of scallops that were tender and succulent. I would go again! liked it very much.
