Saveur offers two terrific set menus – the three course lunch and the three course dinner – but we’d be lying if we said the a la carte wasn’t where this French restaurant really comes into its own. Begin, perhaps, with salmon confit or the signature Saveur pasta with chilli oil, chopped kombu, pork sauce and sakura ebi. For your main, the original Saveur duck confit has quite the reputation as being one of the finest French dishes you’ll find in Bugis and is served with mashed potato, sauteed mushrooms, orange segment and a natural jus. Dessert, and why wouldn’t you end with a glorious pistachio panna cotta? Singapore loves Saveur and we’re sure that you will too.
