Saveur - Purvis Street

The food quality has dropped compared when Saveur first started. Service is below average as there was only one server working - could be due to the COV19 virus situation. Air ventilation is unbearable so be prepared to get all the food smell to cling on to hair and clothes.

Good environment and services. Food presentation is ok. We ordered baby chicken and duck confit. Just a small suggest, duck confit can serve with more gravy on top as I feel the meat a bit dry

The beautifully plated dish is made of capellini, topped with handful of sakura ebi, pork sauce, chive, shallot & flavoured with extra truffle oil.

Service turn around was slow. They were short handed. We had to request for them to clear our plates several times before our plates were cleared. There were fish bones in both our red snapper mains. It was not pleasant experience when bones pierced into our gums and having to take the bones out while chewing. The manager gave us additional chocolate cake as service recovery apology.

Came for the pasta. Alas, they do not offer it in full size portions anymore.

Food was above average but service was poor. Seems like the staff aren’t properly trained on the menu (asked some basic questions on recommendation and was greeted with an empty expression) and not too keen on serving locals (they were visibly much friendlier to caucasians).

The set meal was quite worth it! fThe escargot taste really good as well! I tried the lobster spaghetti, it was kinda of oily but the other dishes compensated the disappointment i had from the spaghetti hahaha!!

SAVEUR is my go-to French restaurant whenever I feel like rewarding myself with some mean pasta and desserts. A cozy and fuss free place to enjoy a quality meal without breaking the bank.

Enjoyed the food, mains and dessert were equally well done - salmon, duck confit and beef stew were tasty, durian ice cream and brûlée were divine! Lunch set at $22++ is very much worth it.

Food and ambience were nice. The location is quite accessible too.

The food is up to standard. The service is prompt. Sincerely appreciate the birthday cake surprise for my hubby. It’s a good thing to come after 1pm where it’s not packed.

Fast serving of food, delicious food. Waiters were also proactive in topping up water automatically when noting that our cups were almost empty. Only negative thing to point out is that the add on petite fries ($3) was too salty.

Place was packed. They did get me to seat at just the exact time i booked. Food was delicious - duck confit for my partner and chicken breast for me.

The restaurant was rather noisy though lunch menu price was reasonable. Would dine there again probably not with business people. Service was quite alright given the crowd

Dined at the Purvis outlet. Very good service. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Food is delicious (had their signature dis Duck Confit) and portion is just perfect and comes with dessert for their set menu with a very reasonable price.

Great food. Appetiser of salmon and foie gras are great! So are the main course of duck confit and seabass. Finally, love the awesome desserts - pina cotta and pistachio. Great place for chillax hangouy- so do not expect like a very fining kind of decor and setting.

Well-priced set lunch, authentic-enough French food (good foie gras!) cooked by a non-French, prompt wait staff. Would set the trend if it also offers gluten-free, lactose free options.

the food is nice and not so expensive for the price.. will be going again next time.. that is a good place for gathering or dating
