The brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Gillon and the talented managing director Anant Tyagi, this French fine dining concept in Duxton is one of our favourites, for very good reason. Utilising over 40 indigenous aromatic herbs sourced from the surrounding Savoie Alps, the menu is tailor made for each diner using fresh seasonal ingredients. With just seven tabless, the restaurant is extremely intimate, and diners are lucky enough to watch the masters at work in the open kitchen. After your meal, you’ll be presented with a handwritten menu and a special gift. Why not head upstairs to The Lounge Bar on the second floor, where you’ll find classic cocktails made with fresh herbs? The beauty is in the details at this charming restaurant, from the custom-made wood and stone features and glasswork sources from Kimura in Japan to the herbs sourced from the mountains in Savoie, France. For romantic meals, the first floor is ideal with its view of the open kitchen and intimate 25-seat dining room, while the second floor boasts a lounge and bar fitted out with Chesterfields and bar seating that suits business meetings perfectly.
