My family was pleasantly surprised that the food, which was usually good, had in fact improved in culinary quality, so we decided to dine here again 2 days later
Chef Foong is a place that my family and I enjoy going to because the food is very good, service is good as well. Highly recommend

it is a more atas zi char place which is good for business lunch and probably a good place without too many people.
The char siew is a must try. The fat part is just nice. Highly recommended. Rest of the food we ordered were tasty as well
Family enjoyed very much the food, the quality of which has improved. The pork leg jelly, which is rare in Singapore these days, was new and very good. The truffle charcoal black tofu, that we understand is made by the restaurant, was flavourful. So was the cereal prawns with little spicy dried shrimps 虾皮. And the Claypot eggplant was just right, not salty like the last time a year ago.
