Slightly on the pricier end for a lobster roll. However taste is acceptable.

The food is marvellous. Although it is a bit pricey but very much worth it for lobster that nicely cooked.

The restaurant at Katong was slightly squeesy, will probably try the outlet at Duxton next visit

Food is cold and there is no Fresh lobsters during the visit. The food is different from the Euston outlet.

We made a reservation at 8.30pm and upon reaching, we are being asked to sit at the bar counter and the waiter mentioned only bar counter seats are left. Which couple would want to sit at bar counter seats for Valentine’s Day!?? After which, the waiter said he would check with upstairs and mins later, we’re being ushered upstairs with no customer coming down. So why did the waiter say there is only bar counter seats left? Besides, We waited an hour for the the drinks and food. The waitress repeatedly asked us what we ordered when we are asking for our orders . People seated around us are frustrated with the wait as well. Some even left .

Food was good but definitely a little pricey (well its lobster!) Service was good too. A little disappointed that they did not serve oyster when I was there although it was on the menu.

Staffs were over promising the time when orders couldn’t be served timely. Restaurant couldn’t handle large crowd. - Long waiting time (came at 2030, at 2215 still wasn’t serve) - when food was served, it was cold

Food was great. Went on a Sunday evening and perhaps we were early so there was no one else in the restaurant. Other than that, the lobsters were fresh and well done.

Be prepared to spend a lot at this place as lobsters aren't cheap. Saved with Burpple. The roll we had was juicy and they were not stingy with the lobster. Will go back again.

A more spacious setting compared to the Duxton Road branch, probably coz there are seats upstairs too. Food standard didnt fall behind the main branch. Overall good!

Ordered grilled lobster with spicy sauce. The lobster was a bit dry, and the spicy sauce came looking like some greenish liquid, and tasted weird after a few bites. Overall was ok but the ambience feels quite rundown

Ordered the steam lobster with their spicy seafood sauce. Totally worth the price after the burpple beyond offer. The waiter who served us was nice and friendly as well.

Food was still decent but staff by name of Chris (a filipino) was terrible. Could not advise me how to pay via milesapp and insisted it was customer who is "supposed to know". Took no initiative to find out and just waited and stared until I had to tell him to find out or I won't pay. Eventually I discovered how to, offered to teach him and he REJECTED me telling me "let's just get this over with". What kind of attitude is that?? Never returning.

While the concept is great, there seemed to be something lacking at Pince & Pints. We went early and were the only ones in the restaurant at the time, and we did not receive any proactive service at all. The restaurant seemed a bit "tired" and the bathroom was not very hygienic at all. The food was good though, but not great, for the price and there was very limited choice of wine. It was OK - and, as I say, a great concept, but just seems to need a bit of love, and care, and professionalism.....

2nd time here! Lobster fresh as always, tried the non ya chili and wasabi lobster roll this time. Omg the wasabi was just too overpowering and my nose was numb after every bite. The nonya chilli also too strong and takes away the taste of the fresh lobster. The cantonese style lobster dish is awesome tho. I think their whole lobster dishes are better than their rolls. Drinks are mediocre unfortunately. With Burpple 1 for 1 deal it's super worth it. Will be back again!

Definitely preferred the steam lobster as the sweetness of the lobster was more obvious. Grilled was nice as well but it was more dry, it does have the smokey flavour for those who like it. As for the sauces, I preferred the Spicy Seafood sauce although it was a little bit on the salty side. For those who loves the buttery flavoury, can go for the Butter Sauce. Either way, the lobster did not require any sauce to taste good. Definitely worth it especially if you have the 1-for-1 deal from Burpple Beyond.

Good food and ambience. Booked the place for my Best Friend birthday celebration. Food is pricey but lucky there is a 15% promotion for Maybank card. We will definitely be back if there is more promotion.

We were there to celebrate my fiance's birthday. The food was great but on the much pricier end. We ordered the chilli lobster (main), lobster roll (main), and mussels (side). For a normal-appetite couple of two who would like to try either the chilli or black pepper lobster, I would recommend ordering one of those plus one side, as the chilli / pepper lobster comes in a huge portion.

We had the grilled lobster and the lobster roll, both were delicious. My daughter liked the butter sauce and asked for seconds, which were provided free of charge. Service was excellent, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. We also did not have to wait long for our food. The restaurant was a little too small and we felt rather squashed and had to squeeze our way into our seats.
