Chairs were too close to the next table's and made movements to the buffet table very inconvenient. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Was delayed due to heavy rain, lucky our table still hold for us. Limited round tables. Food not bad. Penang laksa & hokkien mee need to assign more than 1 staff each to handle. Only 1 staff to prepare the ingredients & cook.

Duck herbal soup, dessert and kueh are the best. The rest so so.:)!

The food was ok but not that fantastic. Close to authentic hawker fare in Penang. However, nothing beats the actual food you get in Penang, especially the Char Kway Teow. For the variety, the pricing was worth the visit.

We were a group of 6 seniors celebrating a friend’s 70 Birthday and when I requested for a round table the staff was very quick to comply! Also when the very popular char kway teow ran out at 2 pm, the kitchen staff cooked a huge plate for a latecomer! Kudos to Penang Place!

The customer service needs to be improved. My friend asked for hot water and handed the glass to the waiter. Instead of telling her to put this glass down, he should tell her nicely that he would get her new cup of hot water.

my family went to penang place for our dinner and it went great. we all love the spread in the buffet that we went for seconds. the spice is tolerable so it suits my daughter palate. we would come back again and this time we will bring our friends and relatives for sure.

This is my 4th time eating at Penang Place. Each visit i brought different groups of friends and relatives. Brought my sibilings 2days ago they all love the food and they said it was good. We ate and ate and ate. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Good job. I will definitely eat at Penang Place again next month.
