Tartufo Bianco d'Alba

The White Truffle from Alba season is here at OSO, from the UNESCO Piedmont hills of Barolo and Baberesco.
The Alba White Truffle has a round shape, but it is also flat and irregular, with a pale yellow peridium or even ochre.
Each single truffle is certified by a special “Quality Commission” and placed in a numbered bag with an identification code
