Black Onyx shoulder tender (150g) recipe by Patrick Heuberger - a la plancha

This MB3+ 100% Black Angus beef is raised on a strict vegetarian diet in the cool climate of the New England Tablelands and comes from Rangers Valley (owned by Marubeni Corporation of Japan) in Australia.

Aomori Gyu ribeye (250-350g) - char-grilled

This juicy cut is from a Holstein-Friesian steer, raised in Mizujiri Farm, Aomori Prefecture in Japan. Fed with fermented, whole rice crop during the last 10 months, it produces oleic acid, boosting the umami of the beef

Toriyama Umami Wagyu A4 tenderloin (150g) - char-grilled

From a Japanese Black (Kuroge Washu) cattle hailing from Gunma Prefecture, Toriyama Umami Wagyu prioritises umami through extended research in genetics. Tenderloin is the preferred choice as it is leaner.


Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork collar (200g) - a la plancha

Raised in the USA with Duroc boars and “white line” (Landrace, Chester White, Yorkshire cross) sows. These free range pigs were never fed with hormones, antibiotics or animal proteins. USDA Process Verified.

Mangalica pork loin chop (150g) recipe by Jordi Noguera Pey - char-grilled

A rare heritage lard pig from Hungary, Mangalica (afectionally known as “woolly pig”) is widely recognised as the wagyu of pork. Known for its exceptional marbling, it produces juicy and extremely flavourful meat.

Situated on Malan Road in Gillman Barracks, in Singapore’s Alexandra district the team behind this bar and restaurant pride themselves in serving only the best quality meat. Beef comes in three forms at Nekkid: 100% Black Angus, Holstein-Friesian ribeye from Aomori and Kuroge Washu A4 tenderloin from Toriyama Umami Wagyu. Chicken, on the other hand, consists of boneless leg and Lacto spring chicken from Kee Song alongside Sakura chicken winglets. Intimate cozy place. Friendly staffs. Delicious steaks, awesome lobster roll, tasty pork, flavourful truffle fries and chicken wings. Cocktails are great. Lovely quiet ambience for relaxing chat with friends and love ones.

Awesome and very flavorful grills. It's the best I had so far. Also loved their house red wine to go with the burger and real truffle fries! Nice ambience and great place the chill.

Really nice and cosy environment, great place for a chill or romantic evening. Food tasted great and came in generous portions. The servers were also very attentive and will do their best to make your dining experience a pleasant one.

Nestled in a nice secluded part of Gillman Barracks, Nekkid has a nice laid-back ambience that is perfect for chilling your Friday evening away with your friends. Their cocktails are awesome as usual, and the GG French Poussin chicken deep-fried in olive oil and served with house-made gamba carabinero keropok was really delectable! The skin was really crispy, and its meat still moist - not forgetting the keropok was really addictive. The only setback that evening was that the "Air fried" GG French Poulet chicken mid-joint wing that we orders as appetisers - it was a tad too dry, perhaps from over "frying" by the air fryer.
