The original Mooks Thai Bistro is a heartland Singapore favourite for those in and around bukit Batok. Found in the Hometeam NS Clubhouse down Bukit Batok West Avenue, fairly close to Bukit Gombak station, Mooks Thai Bistro is packed with Southeast Asian dishes, a well-stocked bar serving mocktails and alcoholic drinks, and popular darts machines for fun times with friends and fries, chicken wings, and German garlic sausage. Mooks Thai Bistro has recently set up a second shop in Chinatown, but the original remains the place to go for Thai food starting with classic soups and salads and moving into delicate, fragrant main courses made from chicken, beef, vegetables, noodles and rice. Their claypot prawn and glass noodles is a dish not to be missed, so book a table today!
Went there and the table was ready for us. Very good environment. Clean restaurant. Very good service. Didn’t ordered any food, only got the drinks.
Love the place. Been there like 4 or 5 times so far. Food was good, crowd was perfect and pretty enjoyable evening like always. Will definitely recommend.
Delicious affordable food. We enjoyed the green curry chicken and honey garlic chicken. Even better than Nakhon’s. The restaurant is well-lit and the ambience is lovely.
The waiter serving us was enthusiastic and friendly and being there on national day, we enjoyed a promotion of having 7 dishes for price of 5. Good experience!
Service staff are all very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the food, especially their Tom yum soup, despite ordering a non spicy version, they did a great job! Dessert is very alluring too! Enjoyed the environment, spacious, great for family dinner.
Nice ambience restaurant, but can get noisy during weekends the peak lunch hours. Lemongrass drink a bit too sweet. Tom yam soup is spicy and sour, nice. Olive rice wz chic is nice as well
Don't expect any service here. Just find it funny that the restaurant is considered large but only 4 dart machine. Food is not bad but the portion is only able to share among 2 or max 3. Price is a little steep too, for a bowl of fries it will cost you $7.
Good service, but serving size is small for the price. Food was decent but would definitely love for the portion to be bigger. Darts available for playing.
Best Bak Kut Teh in town!! Always queue on meal time, but worth the wait. Really a must visit place for food and pork lover.
Food has changed from my last visit about two months ago. It is now sweeter then my last visit. We ordered a pot of soup and asked for bowls which the server forgot to give us.
