The best Merci Marcel branch! Food was amazing and I was super satisfied with the service, esp. from Kane - she is the best. We ordered a tarte flambee but we didn’t realize it was not a vegetarian. It was our mistake but she asked the kitchen to cook again and make it vegetarian. This was the best service we ever got from a restaurant in Singapore. I will definitely come back again :)

The food is nice but place is too hot. 5 pax, it is a bit crowd.

The service was great. Staff took the time to explain what is the new norm for dining out. They were also attentive and provided us good recommendation on the food qnd wine.

Service was great, however on the day we were there, the room behind was a bit warm so ended up choosing the counter sitting in the main room. Pizza was made to order. No worries about topping up water

We were seated right at the door since we had a toddler with us and there were few low tables with aircon seating, and the air was very warm. But when brought up to the waitress (Melody), she merely said that the aircon was at the lowest temperature and left it as that (i would have accepted a reply such as having to let the air out in such circumstances now, or having the option to shift into the garden etc.). The same waitress also had difficulty understanding my order and disappeared for a while until a colleague told her what we needed. Generally staff were happy to entertain our toddler (perhaps I had also chosen not such a great place for kids...), and we are especially grateful for the shift manager trying to make us comfortable and for offering us bread that our toddler loves. Thank you for that.

Food and ambience was great! Staff do constantly check on us about the food. Staffs are very friendly as well.
