Merci Marcel - Tiong Bahru

It was great! The service was brilliant, the staff was very accommodating and kind. We ordered the french dumplings (good) and the caesar salad. The salad was alright just a bit too heavy on the mayo and the chicken was a bit too salty for my liking.. very interested to try their other salads though!

Great atmosphere especially in the courtyard in the evenings. Good selection of French cheeses (available for takeaway also). Limited selection of main dishes but the pork tenderloin with caramelized onions was outstanding.

Merci Mercel is always good. Though I find the food at Club Street better than Tanjong Pagar and will be great if they have the same menu! Service is consistently good though with friendly staff which explains their popularity. Worth visiting!

First time at Merci Mercel at Tiong Bahru. Like my experience at Club Street, very warm and nice service. Good food, knowledgeable staff in making recommendations from wine to deserts. Another great experience! Keep up the great work team Merci!

Great food and ambience. The server (Ali I think) was helpful and knowledgeable The Ravioles were mind blowing. I’d come back for that alone but the coppa, bursts and sausage were so good too

A feel-good cafe with great decor and friendly staff. Ordered the eggs ben. which was fantastic. Scramble with truffle was a bit blend and overcooked. But nonetheless, will be back to try other items on their menu.

Great little cafe with great food and service. Almost everything we tried for dinner was a winner. Loved the ceviche! The ravioli is a must try! Best make reservations as they do get full up for brunch or dinner.

High ceiling given the place an advantage to have the chattering sounds to spread out. No need to raise voice to hold conversation.

We were greeted by a staff when we arrived at the restaurant and were soon shown to our dining table. The choices on the menu are quite limited, but the staff were very helpful in giving us some recommendation. The food were brilliant and great recommendation by the staff. Definitely worth to visit this place again. It would also be a nice place for large group as we can get to try and share more dishes.

Went there on weekday lunch time. Very friendly staff and nice ambiance! Their Rose Apple cider was light but aromatic, refreshing to drink at lunch time and of course matching with cheese and 18months pork ham! Their croissant and butter are so fresh and delicious as well. The table under the sunroof was bit too warm though.

Great food and service! Staff ready to take your order and give recommendations if you need it. Lovely ambience and farewell greetings as you leave. That is what you call good customer service.

Food is good and delicious. Environment is nice. Waiter service is good and polite. Restaurant located in a quiet stree, not crowded. Highly recommended. Definitely will visit again.

Went back for the 2nd time, the food is so good. Must try - black pepper tuna and marinated crab rillettes with avocado. Great service staff making overall dining experience a casual and relaxing one.

Everything (food & service) was great. Unfortunately there was some construction going on. The loud drilling noise and smell was very disruptive to our meal.

The staffs are friendly, the ambience is great and the food is yummy! The ravioles de roan is a must try, it is creamy yet light so you won’t feel too jelat!

We heard the hype and decided to try it! The ambience, food and service was superb! We particularly enjoyed their steak with the mushroom sauce, but everything else we tried were delicious too. Oh and their wines are also very reasonably priced!

Cosy place with great food! Service can be improved but overall is a place to enjoy with friends! Or with families or even alone! Definitely will visit again!
