Ambience was good with a spectacular view of MBS. The soft background music makes dining a pleasure to converse with friends. The food was overall quite tasty except for the fish which was a little over-cooked. As for the service, the crew were present but you don’t feel their presence and warmth somehow. There is no interaction with the guests, basically they are there just to do their job and it took sometime for them to notice guests in need.
Good food however service staff lacks warmth and sincerity. They are present but you don’t feel their presence. Ironic as it may seems but, it is kinda difficult to get their attention when you need them. Ambience of the restaurant is definitely a plus point. Nice background music.
