Ordered the salted egg yolk crab and the white pepper crab and both were splendid, although I like the salted egg yolk one better. There are two versions of the salted egg yolk (dry or wet i.e. creamy) and I ordered the dry one. I also ordered the fried Mee Sua and was impressed with the "wok hei" and texture of the noodle. Remember to ask for the sambal chilli to go with it. Recommended!
