Mamasan Surry Hills comes hot off the heels from the success of the Bondi space, and has inner city Sydneysiders absolutely buzzing. Eclectic and oozing cool, this Asian restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and home to one of the most exciting menus in town. Located in a three-story building on Crown Street, you’ll find Pan-Asian dishes like tea-smoked duck pancakes; pork belly sliders; soft shell crab and the Mamasan signature one-bite beef of prime long fillet steak cooked teppanyaki-style. Perfect for catching up with friends over expertly mixed drinks and damn delicious food, you’ll be in for a meal to remember here, that’s for sure. One of the most sought-after dining spots in Sydney, reservations at Mamasan Surry Hills are essential and well-worth it.
Fabulous venue, hidden gem. Delicious food menu and an excellent sake selection. Jazz in Mama’s Dungeon is an absolute must, we saw Billie McCarthy and she was superbly talented. Bookings essential as it’s a cosy spot. A must do night out in Sydney
