Vietnamese cuisine has gained huge popularity in the last few years. Easy to see why: Restaurants like Madam Saigon serve tasty dishes that are at the same time light, healthy and refreshing and never leave you feeling too stuffed. The friendly restaurant on Raffles Boulevard makes (re) discovering Vietnamese cuisine in Singapore fun and a treat. Come by and try their specials, have the staff recommend you a dish and admire their lovely décor.
Madam Saigon are looking back on nearly 15 years of serving excellent Vietnamese food on
Liang Seah Street. Not only does the friendly restaurant offer a wonderful selection of authentic
Vietnamese culinary classics you’ve come to love and expect, but also take pride in serving you an
array of lesser known dishes you’ll likely get nowhere else in Singapore. And that doesn’t come as
a surprise, for head chef Hung is from Ho Chi Minh City and has there gained more than 25 years of
You’ll love their food, but you’ll truly cherish Madam Saigon for their fast, friendly and efficient service. Greeting you with a big smile on their faces, the staff are always helpful in their culinary advice. Also, take the time and admire Madam Saigon’s pretty decoration and authentic Vietnamese ornaments. Good to know: in order to replicate that wonderful true Vietnamese flavour, all their spices are directly imported from Vietnam to Singapore..
Amazing. Went to Madam Saigon after seeing the recommendations on burpple. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, always smiling and happy. We ordered pho, and the serving was surprisingly filling! No regrets. We had a great dinner.
Good food accompanied with good service! The beef pho was delicious and the portions were generous, while service staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, a great experience at Madam Saigon.
Friendly staff and nice food! One of my favourite haunts.
My guests and i enjoyed the great food and service provided. Food portion was just right.
We had mix platter, special beef noodle, chicken noodle and beef stew w/ rice. The mix platter came with fried spring roll (crispy but nothing too great to boast), fresh spring roll (can be more refreshing in taste), stick of 5 chicken balls (tough and dry) and 4 pcs of chicken wings/ drumlets, bed of carrot/veg salad. Not worth trying as everything on the plate was mediocre and price isn't value for money. Both noodles were great, served with generous amount of meat. Beef slices were tad tough but the dish redeems itself with the succulent beef balls. Beef stew was a let down even though the staff told us it is recommended. Both the meat and carrots were not tender/ soft enough. Taste wise was also a little bland and lacking in fragrance. The white rice too fall short in terms of texture. Overall the noodles still make the restaurant a worthy visit (:
Warmly and actively welcomed by a man who seems to be supervisor or manager. advisory on menu and the time took for food to arrive, well service. I even found it sorry that 7 of us made some noisy moments. foods are perfect too. the price is reasonable. only thing to say is the price for beer.
The service is efficient and friendly. The noodles and the broth are definitely better than what is served in most Vietnamese restaurants in Singapore. Considering the generous portion and quality, I think it's really good value for money.
Went there for a weekday dinner some time back. Madam Saigon's food portions were good and food was tasty! I would seriously consider returning if I'm in the Suntec City vicinity and craving for some Vietnamese food.
Everything was great. The food is authentic and the service is good. Overall a g r e a t experience. Thank you very much. A
