About Little Island Brewing Co

It may be located off the beaten path over on Changi Village Road, but Little Island Brewing Co attracts visitors from all over Singapore, and when you taste their own house-brewed beers, you’ll be glad you made the journey out to Changi. With industrial-chic decor and towering tanks showcased behind glass windows, Little Island Brewing Co is any craft beer enthusiast’s dream, even allowing you to pour your own pint. From wheat beer to stout, pale, golden and Scottish red ales, there’s something to suit all tastes, as well as a selection of housemade sodas too. Don’t forget to try out the food at Little Island Brewing Co either – we recommend the grilled pork and cheese sausage with sauerkraut followed by the smoked Balinese pork ribs or beer-battered seabass served with fries and tartare sauce.

My friends brought me here for a drink after our run. Since then, this has become my regular chill out place with my family on weekends. Love the food, ambience and the live band.😄

The steak was awesome and the ambience was really nice. I like how the beer was self service and you can take any amount you like!

We went there during their anniversary celebrations. It was a lovely evening and a good crowd was there. The specials were sucking pig and lobster! Wow!! Beer was fresh!

People there seemed disinterested in serving their customers. While I understand that they don't collect the 10% service charge, it's quite unacceptable when it goes to the extent of them not bothering about whether or not you get what you paid for. We ordered some brunch sets that apparently come with a coffee/tea/soda. Unknowingly, we used the pre-paid card to pay for our drinks, at the instruction of the staff, only to realise that we should have just gotten the drink for free since it's included in the $15. I was also disappointed at how a brewery only has 2 brews on tap, citing faulty machines/the others are not ready as the reason for it. 2 more brews came on about 1.5 hours in. I would expect most, if not all, of their non-seasonal beers to be ready since they are house beers after all, but that was not the case. Personally, I liked the fact that I could have tasting portions because it is a pay-as-you-drink system. Then again, tasting at other watering holes typically don't cost. All this was further exacerbated by the fact that we had spent 30min looking for parking prior to entering the shop. There is a small carpark with available lots right in front of the shop, but the faulty EPS system did not allow cars to enter, indicating "FULL" when it was not the case. A call to the shop only got us a "yes, this is usually the problem", which made me wonder why they are not more concerned about people actually being able to get to their shop - they could have provided feedback to the car park company or assured their customers that they have already done so instead of shrugging it off, especially since this is evidently a recurring issue. The only redeeming point was that the food was somewhat decent, and they were nice enough to give me some sauce to go with the 2-dollar poached egg that I added. The fries that came with my brunch were cold though, and it was fairly obvious that the Fries and Aioli that my friend ordered subsequently had a mix of cold and hot fries. All in all, I had higher hopes, but left disappointed, feeling bad that my dining companions were dragged halfway across Singapore to Changi for this.

Great ambiance in the Little Island Brewing Co. It is a great place for gatherings with friends. Great concept for the taps dispensing beer brewed by the Little Island Brewing Co

The space and ambience is reminiscent of a brew pub in America or Australia. So top marks for creating a spacious indoor-outdoor atmosphere. Fantastic if you want to meet up with 10+ people. All the beers are interesting and exceedingly worthy of sampling. Food's great and affordable. And Changi Village is the perfect location with other interesting amenities available nearby.

The smoked and grilled meats are value for money, and I personally like their stout and homemade ginger ale. Casual vibe, good for families with high chairs available (though I couldn't find diaper changing facilities). Though not aiconditioned, the venue is still well ventilated.

Awesome atmosphere, great experience tapping my own beer. Beers can get pricey, somehow seem to pay about $40 for 3 pints. Food is very good and best shared in a group.

The food was great as well as the ambience. A place worth heading back for. They had used fresh fish for the fish and chips. The wagyu beef brisket was tender and flavourful.
