More about Lewin Terrace, Singapore

Lewin Terrace, named after Singapore’s General Officer Commanding from the years 1933-1935, Major General E.O. Lewin, is a restaurant that weaves Singapore’s rich history with a modern cuisine that would have been inconceivable in the past. Japanese-French fusion cuisine combines the ingredients and flavours of the French kitchen with the delicate, skilful presentation of Japanese cuisine. Perfect for indulging with your loved ones, this restaurant provides a culinary experience unlike any other, and it’s beautifully located inside Fort Canning Park, not far from City Hall MRT.

For dinner, guests have the choice between a set dinner menu, an a la carte menu and a vegetarian menu, plenty of choices that are out of the box at this Fort Canning Park restaurant. With an extensive wine and beverage list, guests can choose between a hot pot of green tea or a hand-selected bottle of wine to accompany their selection. It hasn’t taken long for this restaurant to gain a large following in Singapore, so it’s important to book a table ahead of time to ensure a spot in the restaurant.

Lovely and peaceful ambience. Staffs are patient in explaining the food that's being served and their recommendations are good. I personally like the scallop ala-carte dish.

Great taste and presentation in a very peaceful environment. Wine pairing is highly recommended. A tad expensive though and that's a mark off the total.

Food was great, staff were friendly although perhaps a little inexperienced. Really nice venue but do be aware that there’s a bit of a climb.

The food and wine were fantastic as usual if a little expensive. However, service was a little slow and our espressos (which were bitter) came out well before our desserts.

Nice place for chatting. I like the bread most and the service is good. Would suggest to have better and clear direction to the nearer car pack
