Starting with Singapore classics like fish head soup (or, rather, a range of fish head soups, from the famous curry fish head to a Peranakan steamed version, to fish head with ginger paste, spice bean sauce or dried shrimp and spices) and chilli crab, Leong Ji Seafood roll out a great range of pan-Asian specialties like pomfret steamboat, Teochew steamed fish, cuttlefish with fried kangkong, fresh prawns and even some tasty meat and vegetable dishes (try the blackcurrant fried pork rib for a sticky, delicious treat). Leong Ji Seafood make the most of their prime Punggol location with a huge outdoor terrace with superb views, while their indoor dining area is all at once colourful, classy, casual and comfortable.
