Environment is nice but maybe need to improve on customer service

Excellent breakfast cafe, love the food - I had Croque Madame. Long black was perfect too!

Good price and a lovely afternoon as always at knots. Place is for sure getting crowded but for the prices you will assume so.

Good ambience but food was only so so. May not patronise again.

lamb was really good. went back one more time for the lamb the next week.

Ordered a flat white and it was unfortunately very badly done. Flat white doesn’t mean the milk is not properly frothed. My cup tasted like black coffee with milk. Perhaps others can order the cappuccino to try instead.

食物真的一般般而已。big breakfast也是超级普通的，没什么特别。食物和咖啡都一般般。这里的环境很优美很漂亮，森林风的感觉，喜欢。就是环境就有点吵杂声。说话声都很大声😂

Nice ambiance to relax as there is a lot of greenery. Cafe ya spacious. Breakfast menu could be extended with more variety.

food quality was good, ambience was comfortable, in fact better than a saturday crowd. came on a weekday night, stayed from 7pm to closed. Service was friendly. Prices were more towards the pricer side but of course you enjoyed being surrounded by plants and furnitures for sale.

I made a reservation via this platform but when i arrived slightly earlier (in case of traffic jams); i had to wait for my requested table to be ready (Cos i asked for a table not too near the aircon as my parents are afraid of the cold). Was ushered to a table but then had to wait a bit for table service as well as to order food (as the queue was quite long just to order food). Considering that i was told i only had 90 mins to complete the meal (plus waiting for almost half an hour to order food etc and food to arrive); i felt that the restaurant could have more than 1 person taking orders during peak seasons (Like New Year's first day).

my 2nd visit. Will definitely go back again. but will try the one at pasir panjang too.

Nice dinning experience. The food is tasty with generous portions. Tables are not too close with each other which make me feel comfortable to have normal conversations with family. Friendly and happy staff too.

Food is really pretty good & ambience is nice. They’re pretty strict about the dining time (90mins) and kept emphasising it so unfortunately the experience became ironically a bit more rushed/stressful amidst a zen backdrop.

Visited paya lebar outlet today. 1) The place is really big, but I think the air conditioned Was not strong enough to cool the entire place down, despite the help of the ceiling fan. Its quite warm especially when the the space get crowded. 2) I made reservation, and is well aware of the 90 mins dining period. At the point when We were done with the food, but was drinking tea and taking some rest (we were only 45 mins there). The staffs keep pointing their hands and looking at our table. And shortly after, our plates were cleared off the table. And staffs continue to stare at us and pointing her hands at our table. We felt very uneasy, and under pressure to leave the place. We might misunderstood, But the stare was really uncomfortable and the pointing was so uncalled for. I know they are busy and wants the table back fast for the next customer, but we were merely there for 45 mins? And the dining period is 90 mins right? I don’t see why your staff have to end our meal in such an unpleasant way. We left at 1 hour mark because we were so uncomfortable with the experience.

Nice place but can review the restaurant spacing as it seems pretty cramped.

food is of more variety now than when it foratvsyared. it's much more pricier too. food is good and the atmosphere is nice

Place is perfect for taking photos. Food was great but drinks (Long Black & Knots Choco) were a little disappointing.

Was seated at a corner and have difficulty getting the staffs attention. It will be better if the aircon can be cooler.

One of my favourite places here! Loved the cabonara the most.
