At Kinara Changi, check out the kastoori kebab, a tandoori dish marinated for more than 12 hours, and the special dahl Kinara, made with 5 different types of lentils. The food is good (dinner) in particular the tandoori. ambiance etc is a little lacking as it is more of a lunch spot but it's great for a good curry in the area.
Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. They even played a birthday song for my husband while we were cutting cake. Great experience .
