About IndoChine Restaurant
More about the restaurant: IndoChine Restaurant
The name quite clearly suggests that this impressive eatery is something of a flagship for the global and incredibly successful IndoChine group of restaurants. IndoChine Restaurant finds itself in the beating heart of Singapore’s multicultural cosmopolis, along Club Street in Chinatown, where the city goes to seek good food, drink and entertainment. The venue itself was designed by IndoChine boss Michael Ma, and is set on the second floor of a conservation shophouse above another IndoChine asset, SaVanh Bistro O+ Lounge. Again, as the name quite clearly suggests, IndoChine showcases superb Indo-Chinese food, but also yokes the delicate balance of flavours from Ma’s own motherland – Laos primarily, but also Vietnamese and Cambodian cuisines. As always, there are plenty of innovative cocktails plus new and old world wines on offer too. Bring on the Champagne and lemongrass!
