For some truly authentic Japanese food in Singapore, make a trip to Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen. Located within Suntec City Mall on Temasek Boulevard, this vibrant eatery serves a range of dishes from Japan’s northernmost island of Hokkaido, staying true to the region’s signature flavours by importing ingredients like high-quality wheat, kombu seaweed and rich butter. The Japanese chefs on hand work with skill and passion to bring authenticity to the halal-certified menu which features 20 types of ramen, donburi dishes and tasty sides. We recommend trying the signature shoyu ramen with its perfectly balanced umami flavour, or the spicy miso ramen which is a Hokkaido speciality. Serving some of the best noodles in Singapore, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen is a City Hall restaurant not to be missed.

Delicious food, value for money. Friends said it tasted comparable to the good non-halal ones! Restaurant seemed rather understaffed with only 2 servers on the floor, but they were very helpful and tried their best to assist us in every way possible. Almost felt like they were in a game of diner dash. Didnt catch their names but the servers were a petite chinese lady and a big tall malay guy - the latter even helped us adjust the spotlight that was shining uncomfortably to our faces at our corner table. Both excellent staff!
Staffs were really friendly and efficient great place to try out halal ramen
