About Hunters Hill Hotel

Hunters Hill Hotel doesn’t just have dining and function spaces that are varied and cool, the food and drink it offers is very worth getting excited about as well. Whether you’re after breakfast or a meal from the bistro, be assured of Australian and European-style dishes to please. Hunters Hill Hotel is in, well, Hunters Hill, right on Gladesville Road and a must-visit if you live in or are just passing through this part of suburban Sydney. Despite it being rather a large venue, it does get busy. Best to reserve a table in advance.

More about Hunters Hill Hotel, Hunters Hill

Terrace dining space with views and a bar? Check. TV-equipped function room for parties? Check. Elegant private dining room for up to 14 guests to enjoy luxurious dining and wine? Check. That’s Hunters Hill Hotel, folks, a lovely spot for whatever your occasion might be with a menu that’s laced with quality on every page. This place is quite renowned in this part of Sydney and on Gladesville Road, Hunters Hill Hotel is damn well-placed, too.

Talking food, and the restaurant at Hunters Hill Hotel is award-nominated and guarantees a relaxed dining experience. A pleasing breakfast menu is served on weekends, but it’s the always-available bistro menu that very much steals the show. Start with beef sliders or a curious quail lollipop before moving onto a gourmet burger – perhaps the wagyu beef? – something from the grill, or one of the chef’s own recommendations. The fresh fish of the day – sold at market price – is always a safe bet, as is the classic Australian chicken parmigiana or the pan-fried pork medallions. It’s all good stuff, folks. Very good stuff.

Decent menu but could have more starters and light meals. Not to crowded and fast cleanup service. Nice dining area and outside patio as well

Always a great atmosphere and we can never go wrong with the food. It’s a great local that we enjoy coming to on a regular basis.
