It was Chris Rock who said that nobody went to Hooters for the wings, but we would urge him to reconsider. They are damn good wings. Another great visit to Hooters. The booking system was perfect, table was ready on time. The service was as usual perfect. Food and drinks came in good time and the waitress was very polite. We have just come back from Cancun where there were 3 Hooters nearby all very good but our Nottingham one comes out on top for everything. Keep up the great work.
Friendly greeting on arrival by several Hooters girls. Shown to our table by one Hooters girl, who looked after us for the duration of our meal. Service was second to none, with a very friendly, happy lady looking after us who couldn't do enough to make our meal experience special. My two grandsons loved it and want to go again.
Visited early (19:15) on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty much full. There were several Stag parties keeping the waitresses very busy. Despite this, service was quick, but not rushed - we asked for a few extra minutes to decide from the menu & this was not a problem. Nicole - our waitress - was very helpful and the food that came for the starters (Buffalo Shrimps & Boneless Wings) was excellent and piping hot. Once we had finished the starters, Nicole asked us if we would like the kitchen to start on our main courses. Good un-rushed service - too many restaurants try and get you in & out as fast as possible on busy nights - that is not the case here. We will definitely be back again.
Hooters was the place to be, travelled up from Essex to experience the fantastic food oh and the wonderful views 😉. Service was great and were looked after perfect. Hooters & Hockey what more could a guy ask for.
Food was good although only 6 chicken wings per portion so spent a lot of time waiting for someone to come and retake our order and then waiting again to receive them. It's eat as much chicken as u like on a Monday but I feel due to the small portions and how busy the staff are and the limit of 2hrs at a table u don't get value for money. The place is tired and in need of a refurb. I sat on my chair and pulled the seat in for someone to pass and trapped my finger due to the seat pad coming away, very painful, this could of been nastier than it was. No parking in the small limited car park so had to park at the train station. The bill came as one bill for us all which was very hard to workout as it shows every order of wings although u only pay once £9.99. They had divided by the 13 people and wrote this on the bill, which is a good idea if people are happy to pay the extra for items that others had, plus they add the gratuitie £22.00 on as a must not an option!!! This was our first time there - unless we fancy some chicken wouldn't be rushing back.
Good evening I wanted to send this email because I was highly disappointed with the management this evening. We were having a lovey night for my husband's birthday, we had spent a lot of money and then out of the blue, the manager came up to me and my husband and asked us to leave. We were sat talking and were not causing any trouble as we had been for several hours and he insisted that the bouncer remove us from the premises. He even threatened my husband with violence. I Was not happy, he was rude and threatened to take my husband out side. On further discussion with the manager he advised us that he wanted us to leave as my husband appeared drunk, again despite us causing no issues to anyone. Both the bouncer who escorted us outside and the waitresses all expressed their surprise at us being asked to leave. The bouncer even said that he knew we had caused no problems but that he has to do as he was told. He repeated this several times over. We spent over £250 in the establishment and were very respectful and well behaved and guys were very disappointed by the way in which we were treated. Your evening manager was rude and selected random individuals! After traveling all the way from Birmingham to experience your establishment, we were deeply disappointed with the service provided!! And we expected so much more. I felt the need to write to you as it definitely put a dampener on our day/evening and actually was an embarrassing experience. I feel that customers need to be treated with respect and more fairly and we would like an apology for the way in which we were treated.
