Hinata Singapore specialises in traditional Japanese cuisine made with ingredients that have been sourced from the likes of Tsukiji fish market and Joshu. Chic and elegant, this River Valley Japanese restaurant is brimming with all manner of delicious dishes and you can expect to find fresh sashimi, sushi, shabu shabu, bento and don, with plenty more besides. Or, perhaps select the omakase menu and let the team of talented chefs created a specific menu you’re certain to love? Either way, it’s all delicious. Located along Unity Street, you’ll find Hinata a stone’s throw from Singapore’s Robertson Walk and Fort Canning Park, making it the perfect choice for a delicious Japanese feast for lunch or dinner. Be sure to book though, it tends to fill up very quickly indeed.
Enjoyed the chiraishi don, espy with entertainer one for one offer. Squid and the chutoro was excellent. Service is very good. Could have given more rice though; there was also a group of very noisy patrons next to us - would have been good if they had been more considerate as it really affected the dining experience of everyone. But trust it is a one time experience
The food was great and the ambiance was very good. The sashimi slices were very thick and fresh and cut easily with chopsticks. Will recommend and will go there again.
