It a bit far from the nearly MRT station. Food average.

Food is just so-so... nothing great. service is also below expectation due to shortage of manpower

Good try on hot plates. Portion at good sizing and food is acceptable.

booked through quandoo which was a link from their website, didnt know about the loyalty points until the staff pointed it out. hence, couldn't use favepay when paying for the bill. but its okay for us. service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Personally find the black peper sauce a lil too salty, but this is my personal taste, so won't fault the restaurant. Overall the experience was pleasant and food tasted alright

Food is delicious but the restaurant is very hot, barely feel any aircon. And they are understaffed, no one is at the counter to attend to you, have to knock on their kitchen to get someone.

The food portion is ok, but the food was overcooked. Fish meat overcooked become dry and hard, bean sprout overcooked and become too soft.

Reasonably priced teppanyaki, very filling meal. You can order a combo of meats and seafood, mix and match. Definitely recommended if you haven't tried :)

Value for money. Meat is tough and hard. Need to improve on cooking the meat.

I was the only customer on a weekday lunch. Food portion was big, vege was fresh, love the baby carrots. Rice was too hard, prawns and one of the red snapper were a bit over cooked. Weekday might be a good place for group gathering.

Had Teppanyaki Combo 2.. is yummy and the prawns are very fresh.

Went there because of their good reviews around the net but unfortunately my seafood teppanyaki was not fresh at all especially the mussels. Very quiet during lunch hours.

We ordered the Tepanyaki combo 1 and 3. The waitress is very friendly and the food is really delicious. Absolutely satisfied. Thinking of going back for to try the breakfast menu.

2nd time at Haven Bistro as my 1st visit was a great experience! This time was as good as before. Generous food portion. Great service by friendly staff. No queue during Friday lunch hour. Food was served quickly. Ordered combo 4 and chicken basic set. I didn’t want squid, so they had replaced it with another fish. The teppanyaki was delicious, although there was less black pepper sauce this time. The soup in the set was a little bland and could be more flavourful. Really value for money as the food is great and there is no additional GST & Service charge!

Tried their popular teppanyaki combo meals sets 2 and 3, which come with beef, lamb, chicken, prawns, squid and oysters. They are happy to replace whatever meats or seafood you don't like with more of what you like. Served on a hot plate with quite fiery black pepper sauce, there's also bean sprouts, broccoli, carrots and corn kernel. Plus a bowl of rice and simple veg soup. Tasty teppan this, though the meats may become a little tough. I was later told to enjoy it immediately when served (rather than waste it away taking pictures lol). A nice pot of hot peppermint tea and classic bottled root beer completed the lunch meal for the two of us. Worth a visit if you haven't tried. Do enquire about their lobster set meal which is limited daily, if you're so game :)

As a meat lover,I ordered combo 3 with all meats incl chicken beef lamb...😋😋😋it is really value for $$$ will come again😜

Had the combo 3 (beef, Chicken & lamb) & it was value for money. The portion is big & very filling. Next time I shall try the seafood combo.

Second visit to try other items on the menu. A bit disappointed that they aren't serving the fish dish with rice. Settled for grilled lamb shoulder with veg and fries, plus a nice pot of blackcurrant hibiscus tea. Service friendly and prompt as usual.
