The service was great, despite busy hours on a Sat evening. The staffs were much more attentive and helpful. Ordered the dinner set which was quite value for money. It was easy to book thru Quandoo app. Will definitely book thru the app again.

i arrived much earlier than the timing i booked but was able to get it fast (which i forgot to inform at the front desk that I've already went in). They did call but I didn't hear the phone call. sorry! but overall, everything was smooth and food was great. Service great as well especially to the kids. Thanks!

Different from the 1st few times when I visited. Short of stuffs i guess or they deploy lesser stuffs in the late afternoon and they forgot to serve the soups as they always do for tasting. We have to do it ourselves.

no one introduced the promo. Would have saved a lot if staff spent more time to explain instead of offering service that i dont need.

It’s always a treat to go to Haidilao for hotpot. The service here was slightly slower this time. But the staff is always helpful and generous.

Service not up to expectation. Ordered Taro not as fresh like before. Ingredients served but soup base not even ready like after 10min, especially pork meat came beautifully but when soup came already softened. Overall for past 10years visited hundreds of times

Haidilao is known for their great services, and they really didn’t disappoint. Had the vegetarian set and it was sufficient for my friend and I. We look forward to more frequent visits! :)

Quite crowded during peak hours. Shortage of staff. Desserts ran out quickly and was not replaced quickly enough.

It was a good experience although HDL has toned down their service levels. Food is expensive, doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

Our server (table 15 -I think his name was 小明) was excellent. Attentive and very conscientious. Also extremely on the ball, helpful and obliging. He made our experience even better.

Need to explain more to customer about the benefit of joining as a member. Is gd to have English words added to the menu

Hai Di Lao has really gone down hill, compared to what it used to be a few years ago. The service is not as top notch and it just seemed run down and empty.

Exploring all the HDLs in Singapore and this outlet ain’t too bad! Long queue over weekend, definitely need reservation

Previously on Thursday, I went Northshore store to eat $69.90 for 2pax lunch. It was A lot of food then very worth it. Tis time but maybe is Sun yet we are limited to few food only.. Very disappointed to the food selection choices. Well the staffs are very attentive to us of 2 tables 6pax..Services provided are still acceptable.
