With a prime, spacious riverside spot on Robertson Quay, this outlet of popular restaurant group Ginza Kuroson brings in some diners just due to its enviable, peaceful location. However, most come because they know this is a place not only for authentic Japanese food, but a place offering a range much broader than most of Singapore’s Japanese joints. Of course exquisitely fresh seafood is the cornerstone here in River Valley, and with Ginza Kuroson’s seven varieties of seasonal sashimi you can taste it at its very best. Delve further into the menu, though, and you’ll discover some truly special treats. If you’re feeling adventurous, introduce yourself to some specialty robatayaki dishes like ocean sunfish stomach or Japanese fatty boarfish, presented beautifully and tasting even better. For the more conservative the wagyu and seafood platter is unbeatable, and there is a huge selection of delicious rice and noodle dishes for those short of time or cash to splash.
I think that this restaurant is very good. I like the place, looking and taste of the dishes, and atmosphere of staff. See you soon.
