Fans of Plaza Brasserie at the Parkroyal Serviced Suites on Beach Road were dismayed to learn that it was the end of the road for their favourite restaurant in Bugis, but they shouldn’t be. Taking its place is Ginger Asian Kitchen, an all-you-can-eat spot that showcases the well-loved flavours of Singapore and Asia through a wide assortment of seafood specialities.

Uncover a melting pot of local and international cuisines on the buffet line, featuring popular favourites such as chilli and black pepper crabs. Look forward to a mouth-watering selection of seafood on grill and a live carving station, serving delectable meat cuts. Then, pair the wide variety of desserts with ice cream and coffee or tea, as no buffet is complete without indulgent desserts. Should you not feel like buffet, Ginger also has an à la carte menu featuring dishes from around the world.
