About Georgio's Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant

Bringing locals the fresh flavours of the Greek Isles, Georgio’s Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant in Cannock’s Bridgtown looks forward to serving you their incredible specialities. Located at Orbital Plaza right next to the Ramada hotel, this popular restaurant offers a wide range of meze, pasta dishes, grilled specialities, seafood and Greek mains. We recommend ordering the kleftiko, Georgio’s signature dish consisting of roasted lamb on the bone that’s been marinated and slowly cooked in a special mix of Greek herbs and spices, served alongside savoury potatoes, Greek salad and rice. The seafood here is also excellent – go for the pan-fried sea bass fillet or the charcoal-grilled swordfish, both cooked in a typical Greek fashion. Georgio’s is known to get busy, so make sure to book a table in advance!

Pleasant evening spent with friends. Staff very attentive and aiming to please. Food seemed a little dry and salty. We had the mezze dishes. Pork steak was over dry and could not eat it. Plenty of food though! Seemed a shame that there was no dessert menu offered. We had to ask and then were told there wasn't one. The manager came over and told us a few things they could do for dessert though. Seemed a little strange!
