Because of the anniversary promotion I believe they r short of staff so actually what we ordered they don't serve and when asked the staff replied that the kitchen staffs all having lunch and need to rest because they r too tired today. I also saw some customers who had ady make reservation but they close door saying that too many ppl cannot cope with so asking the customer to come next time.

The food is fresh, but due to promotion, the type of food is limited.

Dint get to eat cos they say online booking is not accepted unless call is made to us 😕 bad management of customer where they ask us to wait and will "try" to arrange table for us

Bad customer service. Restaurant location was far and not very accessible. Having finally reached the restaurant, the restaurant did not honor the online reservations despite it being confirmed.

The food is value for money. Nice surrounding. Service from the staff is good. They are v attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend to my friends

It's my 2nd visit (1st visit was 2 1/2 mths ago). I ordered the same mushroom soup base and it was very bland like plain water without a hint of mushroom aroma which I enjoyed it so much the 1st time. It was only after we feedback to the service staff then they refilled it with a more concentrated base which you can tell by the colour of the soup is also darker. The soup is chargable so we would expect that the quality of the soup maintained and of consistency. Overall food wise is ok. We paid $181.00 for 3 paxs. Not sure will want go back there again when there are better options elsewhere for the same amount. Was told there is a 10% discount if paid by UOB credit card but my friend only realised it was not given after she got home. So take note to check your bill before paying.
