Love the seafood there. Nice ambience and easily accessible. Been there twice , ate the pagoda buffet. Service was alright and pretty quick , overall all well.
We loved the great service and flexibility! 😊 The cheese dip and steamed food are really yummy! The seafood are fresh too! Thank you very much! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Great cafe with great food. Real deal and value for money! My favorite here is the lemongrass chicken. it's a great place to have lunch with colleagues
Staff was friendly and nice. The cheese was good. But the quality of the chicken meat can be better. Service can still be improved by them being more prompt in refilling the soup. But overall it was a good experience.
Nice ambience however feels abit stuffy at times. Im not sure if its aircon or ventilation problem as my table was relying on a fan. I love the 4 tiers steamboat they’re the cheapest steamboat in town! Definitely come again..
The food was good and the reservation online system was a Breeze. If you want to have a good time with your friends with some nice food, flame cafe is the place.
The food there was awesome. The drinks were a bit too sweet to me but nice. Only the service was a bit slow as we had to wait to get our orders eventhough the it was not during peak period.
By the time I got there, they've ran out of all meats, and the Chef decided to replace chicken and chicken wings with loads of sausages. Was quite a wait too as they ran out of the steamboat. Many were left without the steamboat for a while. Service was pretty good though
The place was not hard to find. Friendly customer service. All smiles. Very helpful. The food was overall good. Will return for more but not soon.
More tables and more variety of food too. anyway, the place is good and overall experience was great. definitely will come back again if got time
